Our Anchor Cleaning and Rappelling Clinic is a recreational course designed for anyone who wants to learn best practices for rappelling and cleaning common anchors. No experience with anchor cleaning or rappelling is necessary, but we do recommend having at least some climbing experience.

We’ll cover the following:

• Knots: Basic understanding and proficiency with the knots required for techniques covered in the clinic
• Rappelling: Ground class covering equipment, vocabulary, and techniques; followed by supervised, weighted practice
• Anchor Cleaning: Ground class covering equipment, vocabulary, and techniques; followed by supervised at height/live anchor cleaning

Our instructors are experienced climbers with years of technical knowledge to share. You’ll leave this clinic with the skills and knowledge to feel comfortable and confident when it’s time to “rapp” up your climb.
