The entire program consists of seven days of classroom, field, and self-paced online training. With low student-to-instructor ratios, highly-qualified and diverse instructors, and exclusive terrain access through our partnership with Park City Powder Cats and the US Forest Service, our AIARE Decision Making in Avalanche Terrain program is a one-of-a-kind experience for anyone who enjoys winter recreation in the backcountry, including beginner backcountry users and aspiring guides and professionals.
