Historic Snowshoeing Tour
Description
Park City was a thriving silver mining community prior to becoming a world-class ski destination. Our Historic Snowshoeing Tour provides a glimpse into Park City's past, led by local guides who know all about this exciting piece of history. This three-hour guided snowshoe tour will take you past old mine entrances and mining remnants that are scattered around Park City. Ideal for families and groups who enjoy getting up close and personal with the history of the West, this tour includes all rental equipment, including snowshoes and trekking poles.
Prior to the day of the tour, your guide will contact you to find out what sort of experience you're looking for and to plan a route accordingly. It's that personal touch that makes our snowshoeing tours a true local experience, and keeps people coming back year after year.
